OK, det blir mycket lax och kyckling denna vecka. Observera att kycklingen inte planeras med ris, bara med sallad, då jag misstänker att det kommer att räcka gott och väl. Planen är att äta fler, men mindre, mål.
I lördags åkte jag och A till B med familj för att fira E på 11-årsdagen! Ja, egentligen fyller han år först idag, men det passade att ha kalaset helgen före. 🙂 Tyvärr kunde inte C komma, då hon jobbade, men det gick bra ändå. Vi hann förbi shoppingområdet S en snabb sväng också, där stackars A fick springa in på Clas Ohlson åt mig (förutom sina egna ärenden, på andra affärer). När vi var färdigshoppade stannade vi vid ett grillställe och köpte med oss lunch, som vi åt hos B.
Jag valde en hamburgare utan dressing, och det gick bra. Det var ju trots allt bara kött (nåja) och bröd, med sallad och lök ( och salt o peppar). Under kalaset kunde jag ta en liiiten bit kladdkaka (vansinnigt god, nytt oprövat recept!) med lite glass, men var tvungen att gå på toa innan vi åkte hemåt. Om det var sockret eller fettet som ställde till det vet jag inte, men jag kunde åtminstone smaka på det som fanns. Då vet jag till nästa kalas (i juli). 😉
Igår fick jag första biverkningen, helt oväntat. Jag hade pysslat i köket (handdiskat det som inte rymdes i masken, m m) innan jag skulle gå och lägga mig, och satte mig vid köksbordet för att kolla att allt var klart. Då kände jag illamåendet rulla in över mig i stora vågor! 😯 Jag höll ut, kämpade emot (enligt principen att jag inte skulle hinna till vare sig diskbänken eller toaletten med mina dåliga knän och låg fart) – och till slut gick det över, utan att något hände. Det var nära ögat!
Idag har jag med mig två äpplen (ett för fm, ett för em) och en uppdiskad glasburk (f d sylt? äppelmos?) med overnight oats. Jag har försökt mig på att äta ”kall gröt” och det har gått bättre än jag trodde. Framför allt behöver jag havregrynen för att få lite fart på magen, då förstoppning är en väldigt vanlig biverkning av viktsprutorna. Hemma har jag ätit gröten med tärnat färskt äpple och kanel, men iddes inte börja göra klart burken i morse. Jag tog med hela äpplen istället, så får jag äta ett före lunch och låtsas att smaken finns kvar när jag äter gröten. 😆
Den här veckan kommer jag att ta vätskedrivande tabletter igen. Jag har bytt stödstrumpor, till en annan modell av ett annat märke, och tycker benen känns tjockare. Efter en vecka ska det ha blivit lite skillnad, hoppas jag. 🙄 Matsedeln är inte mycket att orda om: det blir ugnslax hela veckan, även fast jag bjöd A på middag igår och dessutom skickade matburkar med honom hem (C jobbade). Inte nog med det – jag har även kycklingfiléer som ligger och tinar, och måste tillagas under veckan. Nå, jag kan laga till kycklingen och så varva burkarna: varannan dag kyckling, varannan dag lax.
På tal om matburkar så behöver jag bunkra upp med fler av IKEA:s lämpliga burkar. Jag får ju tillbaka de jag lånat ut till A igår, men jag behöver fler. Om mina portioner fortsätter att minska i storlek så kommer det att behövas fler burkar att lagra maten i. Jag har en hel del annat också som jag behöver från IKEA, men jag funderar vem jag ska lura med mig som sällskap. Eftersom jag kör Click & Collect, så ska jag bara köra dit, lasta grejerna i bilen, och så hem igen direkt. Visst kan jag lyssna på bok hela vägen dit och tillbaka, men det är roligare om jag har någon att surra med under färden. Det blir ändå ca 3 timmar i bilen i ett sträck.

Det var verkligen inte gott med overnight oats utan äpple & kanel, men då har jag i alla fall provat det. Varför det blev overnight oats till lunch idag beror på ett fel jag gjorde igår. Jag har ju varit ledig i flera dagar, och har då ätit overnight oats till frunch, då jag haft tid att tärna äpplet och strö på kanel. Det svishade bara till, så hade jag en burk i kylen igår, innan jag insåg att jag skulle bli tvungen att ta med den till jobbet. 🙄 Imorgon blir det smörgås, som vanligt, med eller utan medföljande frukt till fm/ em. Äpplena var små och hårda, men då får jag ju tugga ordentligt. Inget ont som inte har något gott med sig. 😉
Kaffemasken på jobbet är fortfarande inte lagad 😯 så nu är frågan: blir det drickbart kaffe till em-fikat idag?
